We use the Desktop Central icon in the system tray to create helpdesk tickets in ServiceDesk. We would like the Subject field filled out every time a customer puts in a ticket. The issue is the default setting is Enter Subject Here. The customer rarely fills this out and we end of getting a bunch of tickets with this subject line. Is there any way we can make the Subject field mandatory to be filled out before a ticket can be submitted?
