UEMS (which includes MDM) - windows device

When the DC agent is installed, the devices surface in endpoint central. My understanding it also get enrolled automatically as we have MDM setup.

This process seems hit n miss, as some device get enrolled (green highlighted) but some are enrolled (but remain reddish highlighted), some end up awaiting user assignment and some don't enrol at all. they surface across the managed, staging and enrollment pending tabs.

There must be some logic in the flow, but has eluded me.

The agent side is working perfect, patch, remote control, etc.. but the MDM side is a mess.

I cannot find anything online thus far to help understand or resolve MDM failed enrollments.

anyone know how to use the self-enrolment, and custom script to push enrollment.bat via configuration?
