Enrollment during GINA logon

Hi,

We're trying to use the ADSelfService_Enroll.hta script to force/remind users to enrol in ADSS but are having a lot of problems running it. Typically we're met with the message that the "server unreachable" when the server is in fact reachable, all needed ports are open, we can access the web front end etc etc.

What I noticed is that there's a line near the top saying "<head><meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE9;Edge"/>". If I edit this to say "content="IE=11" or "IE-Edge" instead then the script runs however no text is displayed within the buttons:

Do you know why it does this?

And on further inspecting the script seems to be running a mixture of JavaScript and VBScript, is there a plan to remove all VBScript code from it now it has entered depreciation mode? I suspect the VBScript is the part that stopping it running correctly.
