Hi All,

I did was to restart the PC where the FW Analyzer installed, deleted and re-added UDP 514 and 1514. Now both ports are up but still the program fails to collect packets from the PIX.

Meanwhile, I notice that the services "ManageEngine Firewall Analyzer 4.0" always turns off itself despite I manually start it.

Can help me fix the problem!
