Enhancement Request - Suspend Notifications for Device

I would like to suggest an enhancement for opmanager, to add a button to suspend all notifications for a device.

Currently, if a device is flapping (eg a wan link bouncing) then opmanager will generate tonnes of emails alerting us to the fact.

Once you know a device is down or flapping, you typically dont want an email every time it bounces, but you also want to be able to capture the device outages so you can gather availability, MTBF and MTTR.

Currently, the only way to stop the torrent of emails from a flapping device is to either remove the notification profile from the device, or unmanage the device. However, both are cumbersome and the unmanage option will result in no more stats being gathered for the device during its outage.

So, I was thinking that a button somewhere that lets you suspend notifications for device would be a nice feature!
