.- Customer Portal Setting Customization and general layout: There are some options in the tool to customize the first login page a customer reaches but you cannot do much on those options. Would be great to have the possibility of using different themes or even better have a theme editor where anyone can create its own theme (The company I work for has their own branding policies but those of course are different for every company). So, the idea of the themes will be not only been able to change the initial login page layout but also the main portal once the customer/technician is authenticated.

.- Customer defined announcements/messages: Currently it's possible to define in the tool general company announcements where everybody can see them (or not depending of the restrictions set). Would be handy to have announcements or messages per customer or account. Maybe adding an applet to the customer layout.
