For support requests that you can reproduce on your own servers/build, it’s difficult for us to justify sending our logs into a honeypot-style collection system. That introduces unnecessary security and privacy concerns when the issue can be validated internally. If logs are genuinely needed, we’d strongly prefer a secure, customer-controlled method (e.g., scoped collection, explicit consent, and handling details).

On the product side, it currently feels over-featured for our use case. We don’t plan to use a large portion of what’s bundled, and that added surface area increases risk and complexity. Keeping the software lean (or more modular) would improve security, reduce operational burden, and make support easier—not more complicated.
