I seem to be having intermittent problems when deploying software through Software Deployment.

Some of my packages fail to install resulting in errors like "Failed to download XML" and "Error occured while fetching the package url."

Since it is intermittent, if I keep pushing the software they will eventually install. (not all the time though)

I've been with ManageEngine support for over a month and they even cannot figure out the problem. There isn't any problems with the software packages as I said they will eventually install after a couple of tries. However this hinders our workflow. Anyone else having this issue? Any insights?
