We had a machine that needed to be renamed. The operator removed the laptop from EPC then renamed the windows build. Now EPC does not show the device when we try to re-add the agent. We've unchecked "hide managed devices", tried adding by IP, and tried manually adding but nothing is working. Anyone else seen this?
