Endpoint Central Integration in Service Desk Plus - Different Username for the same technician

We are already using endpoint central and service desk plus with ad-authentication.
At the moment every technician has two ad users, one for sdp and one for endpoint central.

Is this working if we activate the integration?

If not, whats the best way to handle it?
