Endpoint Central frequently needs remote control enabled

Endpoint Central frequently needs remote control enabled

We use EC regularly and several times throughout the day we notice "Vew only" mode enabled.   Multip[le users see the same thing..   Remote control then needs enabled again, by another administrator,allowing us to again control the target system.
Can you suggest a reason this is happening.  Could it be "self inflicted" somehow?
