Endpoint Central Control causing drive errors

Latest published Endpoint Central Command computers with the UEMS_Agent installed are all reporting this error-

File System Filter 'FACEDrv' (Version 10.0, ‎2025‎-‎03‎-‎19T13:56:10.000000000Z) failed to attach to volume '\Device\Harddisk0\DR0'.  The filter returned a non-standard final status of 0xC000000D.  This filter and/or its supporting applications should handle this condition.  If this condition persists, contact the vendor.

This is causing issues with several other third-party applications only to run in "Windows Compatibility Mode" (MS Calculator, MS Surface Management App etc.)

Run this command
fltmc instances -f <driver name> with FACEDRV and the driver name and it points to an "altitude" of 388863.5 which points to ManageEngine ZOHO using

FACEDrv.sys388863.5ManageEngine Zoho


If I remove the agent, the error clears and those applications all function normally again.
