Endpoint Central Cloud - Remote Access - Communication Failed between Agent and Server

Hello Support, 

When trying to launch a remote session via DesktopCentral Cloud, we are unable to connect to any of our endpoints via Remote Control. 

The Remote Endpoints actually launch Zoho Assist, but our client never connects - the user sees that Zoho Assist is "In Session" but with no technician. We have tried on multiple networks and computers to launch remote sessions to both PCs and Macs. We've also searched the firewall to see if anything was blocked, and tried on network with no firewall or filtering.
