Do i need a distribution server to connect my on-prem AD with the endpoint central cloud platform. when i tried to add my on prem AD to the endpoint central cloud it is showing that we need to add a distribution server.

So my query is do i need to add a distribution server to my on-prem AD for integrating with the endpoint central cloud.
