Hello all,

I have a small office that I inherited and they had an older version of EC that was installed.  The previous administrator setup EC to use OTP to block the uninstall of the agent by the end users.  The server no longer exists so I can't get the OTP code so I am unable to uninstall the agents.  I have tried using the VBS uninstall scripts that have been mentioned with no luck.

My intention is to build a brand new EC server and re-deploy the agent clean from the new server.  Can anyone help with this issue?
