"Endpoint Central" agent is not reachable

Hello,

We have recently installed a Secure Gateway Server.

There are clients with agent version 10.1.2138 that is not "reachable" even though troubleshooting shows it has connection. A few have managed to get updated to latest version 10.1.2220 but we cannot connect to it.

It's not all bad, we do have clients that can be remote controlled as well, although one bug we've noticed is that disconnect button is not working for the clients side.

First we'd like to solve the problems with the clients we cannot reach.
Troubleshooting from the agent gives us below details, first errors are SSL problem because it's servername.domain.local and IP.domain.local, last says cannot access remote server. 

Server and IP usually gets a fail, we have not been able to solve that yet, but secondary gatewayserver.domain.com address is green on the clients that are working.
I have saved the client logs in case you need to read them.
