Endpoint Agent live status issue

Following the recent vulnerability reclassification processed through the Endpoint Central server, we’ve identified an issue where SysAdmin is displaying incorrect live‑status information for endpoint agents. In several cases, the console reports an agent as “offline” even though the device is actually online and functioning normally.

Troubleshooting Performed:

  • Ran the Endpoint Central Agent Troubleshooting Tool — scan results showed no errors.
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the endpoint agent with a fresh package — issue still persists.
