End of Support for Migration from 32-bit to 64-bit Architecture of Password Manager Pro

Dear Password Manager Pro Users,

It is an advance announcement to inform you that we will no longer be supporting 32-bit to 64-bit architecture migration for Windows and Linux for build versions higher than 12300. Although the 32-bit to 64-bit architecture migration will be functional in builds earlier than 12300 of Password Manager Pro, we strongly advise you migrate to the 64-bit operating system as soon as possible.

Proposed Action Plan

  1. For new Password Manager Pro users, post build 12300:

Users can download the 64-bit architecture from the Password Manager Pro product page without concern over the architecture or migration and upgrade to the upcoming build using the release upgrade packs.

  1. For new Password Manager Pro users, post build 12007:

Since the 32-bit architecture was deprecated from build 12007, the new users from build 12007 will be installed only with 64-bit architecture. If you are from the list of such users, you can proceed with the general upgrade packs for the latest upgrade without having concerns over the migration or architecture.

  1. For Existing Password Manager Pro users with 32-Bit Architecture:

To utilize upgrade packs beyond build 12300 of Password Manager Pro, former customers who still use the 32-bit architecture need to migrate to the 64-bit architecture of build 12300 first. Only after completing this architecture migration, they will be able to make use of the newer upgrade packs.

  1. How do I upgrade the Password Manager Pro from build 12200 (32-bit architecture) to 123XX (64-bit architecture)?

As a user with the 32-bit architecture, you will not be able to upgrade to 123XX of 64-bit architecture. You have to first migrate from 32-bit to 64-bit architecture to build 12300 and then you can upgrade to the respective build post 12300 using the regular upgrade packs.
