It is an advance announcement to inform you that we will no longer be supporting 32-bit to 64-bit architecture migration for Windows and Linux for build versions higher than 6620. Although the 32-bit to 64-bit architecture migration will be functional in builds earlier than 6620 of Key Manager Plus, we strongly advise you migrate to the 64-bit operating system as soon as possible.
End of Support Specifications:
Version | Build Number |

We would also like to express our gratitude for the ongoing support of our Key Manager Plus product. If you have any questions or concerns about this end of service, please check our proposed strategy or FAQs added below. You can always contact our support team for further assistance.
Proposed Action Plan
For new Key Manager Plus users, post build 6620:
Users can download the 64-bit architecture from the Key Manager Plus product page without concern over the architecture or migration and upgrade to the upcoming build using the release upgrade packs.
II. For Existing Key Manager Plus users with 32-Bit Architecture:
To utilize upgrade packs beyond build 6620 of Key Manager Plus, former customers who still use the 32-bit architecture need to migrate to the 64-bit architecture of build 6620 first. Only after completing this architecture migration, they will be able to make use of the newer upgrade packs.
