Hello Everyone,  

We are writing to let you know that version 12.8 across the following products will reach End of Support (EOS) on March 31 2027 :

• OpManager

• OpManager Nexus (Formerly OpManager Plus)

• OpManager MSP

• Network Configuration Manager (NCM)

• NetFlow Analyzer (NFA)

• Firewall Analyzer

• OpUtils

What this means    

If you're running any of the above products on versions between 12.8.000 to 12.8.457,  this affects you. After March 31 2027, these builds will no longer receive:

• Security patches

• Bug fixes

• Technical support

Continuing to run an unsupported version leaves your deployment exposed to un-patched vulnerabilities and without access to help if something goes wrong.

What you should do    

1. Check which product(s) and build you're currently running.

2. Download the relevant Service Pack and upgrade before March 31 2027.

The earlier you upgrade, the simpler the process — waiting longer may mean additional sequential upgrades to catch up to the latest version.
