Hello Everyone,

We're writing to let you know that version 12.7 across the following products will reach End of Support (EOS) on July 31, 2026:

• OpManager

• OpManager Nexus (Formerly OpManager Plus)

• OpManager MSP

• Network Configuration Manager (NCM)

• NetFlow Analyzer (NFA)

• Firewall Analyzer

• OpUtils

What this means  

If you're running any of the above products on version 12.7, this affects you. After July 31, 2026, these builds will no longer receive:

• Security patches

• Bug fixes

• Technical support

Continuing to run an unsupported version leaves your deployment exposed to unpatched vulnerabilities and without access to help if something goes wrong.

What you should do  

1. Check which product(s) and build you're currently running.

2. Download the relevant Service Pack and upgrade before July 31, 2026.

The earlier you upgrade, the simpler the process — waiting longer may mean additional sequential upgrades to catch up to the latest version.
