I believe you are all aware that we already announced the end of support(July 31, 2018) for build 11500 in our site.

Since we have made considerable changes in UI, product design and integration front, supporting the old 11500 build further may not be possible. So, we request all our customers who are in build 11500 or below to upgrade to the latest.

We have also comeup with a consolidated service pack which takes 11600 build directly to 12.3.095 build by bypassing two upgrades(12.2 and 12.3). More details are in this post.

Please plan your upgrade and come to the latest build as soon as possible.  Our support team could also help you in upgrading your setup.
