In our origination we have disabled the use of Incidents and only use Service Request (for the associate to PO feature).

When users go via the mobile website and the APP they are only opening incidents instead of service requests and we have to change each one manually to convert it to a service request.

Is there any way you guys can implement Service Requests on the mobile side?
