Enable replies, including attachments, to technician notifications to be sent to the requester

Hi There,

Is there any way to setup ManageEngine so that, when a technician receives a notification of a ticket, the technician can reply directly to the ticket notification with attachments and the reply, including attachments, will be sent to the requester and also added to the ticket?
