I had 3 business units and was working on Snowden Internal business unit. (Snowden Internal, Neuroverse, Rio Tinto - Reconcilor)
I changed business unit to Neuroverse and imported support reps and enabled AD login for them.
I confirmed the support rep had business unit admin role only for Neuroverse. (Refer to SupportRepDetail.jpg)
Then, I logged in using his AD login details, it was directed to Snowden Internal and showed no contents. (Refer to Dashboard.jpg)
Isn't it supposed to direct to Neuroverse since the support rep has admin role only for Neuroverse?
There is another issue(?).
When I imported the support rep, I only enabled AD login, but did not create local login account.
However, I could login using email alias for both username and password.
Is this the way it should be?
When enabling AD login, does SupportCenter create local one automatically?
