Enable Active Directory Authentication to use multiple DCs?
How can I allow Active Directory Authentication for users accessing ServiceDesk Plus while the one DC that is configured in SD is being rebooted? We have multiple DCs, but I really don't want to manually change SD every time we apply updates to the DCs. SD seems to allow me to only provide ONE domain controller name. Ideas, thoughts greatly appreciated.
