We are facing an issue with OpManager Plus 12.8.709 where performance data is only retrieved when we manually click "Test Monitor".

Because automatic polling is not collecting performance data, the graphs remain empty and all generated reports (daily/weekly/monthly) contain no performance information.

Could you please help us identify why automatic performance polling is not working, even though Test Monitor returns valid values successfully
