[SD-100785] Empty new request after duplicating service/incident request

SDP is v120007
SDP is v120007
After last upgrade request duplicating process is broken
During duplicating incident or service request SDP clears body (description) of duplicated request and keeps all other fields like subject, type, requester, SLA, assets, etc. including attachments.
But body of request is empty.
Simply it makes no sense to duplicate requests via SDP as new ones are completely empty, only workaround as re-sending original email to SDP via mailbox for creating new incident works.
But if we need many copies it is nightmare and absolutely useless with "service requests".
Copying body via clipboard prior duplicating is not a solution too.
