Empty message field

Empty message field

Hi,

I have testing in below environment, and see empty message field (like attached picuture):

Software: Eventlog Analyzer 4

Monitored hosts: Windows Server 2003 (traditional Chinese)

Is it a problem/bug of double-byte?
