Employee Onboard- Handling Transfer and Terminations

We are attempting to build our Employee OnBoard/Offboarding/Transfer process into ServiceDeskPlus.  The New Hire portion of it seems to flow very well but we are getting stuck on what process to follow in order to request system access be removed or new systems be added throughout the employment.  We are using the Resources section to list our systems and executing scripts to select those resources based on fields selected in the template.  For example IF position IS IT Systems Analyst enable certain fields/systems under the various resource categories.   Those resources will then kick off tasks to admins to get the user created.


My question is, how can this flow when changes need made to a current employee? Such as transferring to a new position or leaving the company?
