EMM Token Enrollment stuck on Camera

Attempting to enroll Android tablets with EMM Token Enrollment and getting a “Sync Failed! Server Unreachable! Verify if Wi-Fi/mobile data is on and retry.” error. Error is related to this issue: https://docs.samsungknox.com/admin/knox-platform-for-enterprise/kbas/kba-665-devices-cant-reach-site-with-local-domain.htm Now, The tablet is stuck on camera mode (QR scanning) and I can't exit the camera in order to get to settings to run updates. Back arrows don't work. Reboot brings me back to camera. Can't swipe to close app. How do I get out of the camera in order to run updates in settings?
