We have a form that our Contracts team uses for contract approvals and submissions. We have a Request LifeCycle already configured with their own stages, notifications, and statuses. Part of this lifecycle is notifying the requester and a business owner, added in the form, when a contract reaches certain parts of the workflow. 

Any suggestions how I could take the name written in a Resource field and add it as an variable in notifications settings. I can use Organization Roles but the Business Owner differs by department and I can't use 'Email Id's to Notify' because I only want them notified at a specific time in the workflow. Also, within a Request Lifecycle notification settings, there are limited options available (variables) - for example I can't select a custom field as a variable. 

More workflow context:

REQUESTERS are typically staff within the department that require a contract to be approved/updated

BUSINESS OWNERS are typically leadership within the same department

APPROVERS come from Finance, IT, Legal, and senior leadership and may in some cases be a BUSINESS OWNER

TECHNICIAN's are from the Contract team which may also act as a REQUESTER in some cases
