We've faced very rare case when received email with attachment where filename has 3 dots before extension like "myfile....pdf"
Outlook shows it correctly, but ME SDP v14006 during creation request from the email converted attachment to "myfile__pdf" so it became unavailable for preview as ME removed the extension .pdf

Could ME team revise function of file conversion?
