I've been testing a few changes in our email notifications and I'm currently testing different variables but unfortunately I can't find information about what each variable do exactly. 

Now I'm mostly finding what they do by trial and error but a good documentation would be ideal. 

Could you point me in the right direction? I've failed to find anything relevant in the admin doc.
