Email Submission Field Names
I am successfully using the email submission feature in SD5.
I would like to be able to specify fields to be SD5 that need to be populated from the generated email.
Are there keywords that i can use to allow a field called workstation for example place its data in the workstation field of SD5?
For example I notice that the Subject of the e-mail becomes the requesters name.
This will enable me to create a form that submits via e-mail and creates a sutible looking request within SD5.
