We are experiencing an issue with outbound email delivery in our ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus environment.

The problem started on 2026/10/05 at 05:55:30 and since then all notification emails appear to be failing.

We have reviewed our mail infrastructure and network connectivity and have not identified any changes on our side that would explain the issue.

We noticed that there were recent reports regarding mail fetching and sending problems affecting some customers in the EU environment. Could anyone confirm whether there is an ongoing issue or if other customers are experiencing similar behavior today?

Any information from the community or the ManageEngine team would be greatly appreciated.
