Good afternoon,

I have noticed that people are not getting the correct notifications.  For instance I resolved a ticket, and rather than the end user getting the "E-mail user when a request is resolved." notification they get the "Acknowledge requester by e-mail when a new request is received." again.  Is there a log of some sort to see what is being sent and when?  Something that can help me troubleshoot this issue.
