Just now set up inbound email fetching. POP server is an AIX box.
Send an email to the helpdesk email account on that box.
Upon fetch, a request is created, and the body of the email is loaded as the body of the request, but instead of the email's subject as request subject, we get "Not Provided" as a request subject. Instead of the email sender as Reqeuster, we get "Not Provided" as requester. Email Address is also "Not Provided"
There's probably a fairly easy configuration setup that will resolve this, but I can't find it in the documentation.
