Email Request Feature

I installed ServiceDesk Plus 2 days ago.
I setup the incoming & outgoing mail server settings and emails are going out to the technicians as they are supposed to based on the notification settings.
The one thing that is not working for me is the email to servicedesk mail box and the conversion of email into a request.
The mail fetching status is Running.
Anyone have any thoughts why the emails are not getting converted into requests.

PS Great product. Once I have this working my boss has blessed it as something we will purchase but I need to get this email section working first.
