Email Request Details
Is there a reference for details on sending emails to the Service Desk system? I have mail fetching setup and running, I was just wondering if there are formatting details required on the incoming emails.
What does it pull in to the system from the email? Just subject, body details and requestor email? Does it tie the email username to the internal Service Desk requestor login name?
