Email Replies

Email Replies

Hi
 
We have been usaing SD+ for over a year now and all is working great, but in the past week or so we have been getting the following problem.
 
When a call has bee created and replied to an email goes to the customer, if this customer replies to this email it adds it onto the origingal call, now this has been working fine, but now for some reason the replied email is creating a new call, we cant see why as nothing has changed on the system.
 
any help would be great
