email Parser (SDP 9334)
Hello community, I have a problem with the email parser.
I send an email with the subject line @@SPD@@ to the service desk.
In the Mailtextb it says:
@@Operation=Close Request@@
@@requestId=22335@@
But instead of closing requirement 22335, SDP opens a new request.
What am I doing wrong?
