Email Notifications in ServiceDesk Plus for Requests

Hi

I'm having a real struggle getting the notification templates in SDP to do what I want and I'm reaching out for some help in case I'm doing something really dumb ...

I'd like when a requester updates their request via email that the assigned technician receives an email notification with the contents of that update. It seems I can only send a nofication that the request has been updated, with the "description" variable, which only seems to contain the body of the original request, not the update that the requester sent by email.

Is this possible, or does the technician have to login to the ServiceDesk to see the update?
