Email Notification Error

Hi everyone,

We're running OpManager 8025 and have run into an issue with email notifications. We have offices overseas on other domains and it seems OpManager can't notify anyone outside it's own domain as far as email goes. Here's an example:

OpManager system is on Domain1.com. Notifications work emailing technicians, like Technician@Domain1.com

We monitor devices outside of this domain , so we'll say Domain2.com. We also created a separate notification profile to email technicians on that domain, Technician@Domain2.com, for those devices.

The problem is emails don't go out. When I try to test the notification setting, I get this error:   Exception occurred while executing Send Email action. Please verify the settings for the same.

I know the settings are correct, because it works on the other profile. And if I change it to use a Domain1.com address, then the notification profile works. We can also email to the other domain with no issues through outlook and so on. Any ideas? I hope this makes sense.
