When a user adds a ticket, it is required to specify the ticket category. Some categories (but not all) are automatically assigned a specific technican (configured by business rules). The system works in such a way that it first sends a general notification to all technicians about the appearance of a new request, then assigns the technician and sends him a message about the new task. In the case of those categories that are targeted at specific technicians, I would like the system to omit informing all other people from the IT department by e-mail. How can i do this?
