Can I set  the email notification in the template request?

I must send email when the user opens  the request with particulare sub-category.

For example:

When

1)       sub-category is ‘MEV’ I must send email to :xxxxx.yyyy@libero.it

2)      sub-category is ‘MCO’ I must send email to :aaaaa.bbbb@libero.it
