Email job submissions

Since we upgraded our Service desk to version 6.0 some (not all) users submit helpdesk requests with no reply from the helpdesk and no record of there request on the helpdesk.

I have checked the anti spam filter it has no filters in place at all.

All the requests are internal so are not affected by our external spam filter.

I can find no way of debugging this
