Hi there, i have followed instructions given to auto cc a particular email when a requester creates a ticket but it is still not emailing the email address i fill out when creating a rule for a particular site . I have followed the following instructions .
To configure the notification please go to Setup > Templates and Forms > Form Rules. You need to create a new form rule in which the you should set the condition as "Site is" and specify the site. Next set the condition to Set Value to Field > E-mail Ids to Notify > enter the email Id(s) you want to notify. You can specify when the Form Rule is executed and you can also select the templates that will be affected by the Form rule. You will have to create separate Form Rules for each site.
Note: You need to add the "E-mail Ids to Notify" box in the Incident Template.
Next go to Setup > Automation > Notification Rules. Here Under Request > Requester Notification you need to check the "Acknowledge E-mail Cc users when a new request is created box". You can also configure the notification to notify when the request is resolved and closed.
