Email-id(s) to Notify field
In a service request template, the email-id(s) to notify field allows multiple selections for technicians but not for requesters. (requesters can add multiple emails by typing them out and separating them with a comma but this is tedious and leads to typos)
I undestand there is a security concern regarding displaying organizational emails to requesters but that concern is not valid for all of your customers.
We use SDP internally and only internal users can create requests. All of our users have access to the Global Address List in our email system so the security concern is not valid in our case.
Is it possible to have the requester's email-id(s) to notify field the same as the technicians?
