Email formatting problems

Email formatting problems

We've just done a reinstallation of Applciations Manager in order to switch to MS SQL Server. Most things are working correctly but we're having some issues with formatting of alert emails - on the new server it seems that root cause information is sometimes included in the Reason section of the email, and this seems to stop line breaks displaying correctly. Here's an example:

Old server (working ok):
This is a auto generated e-mail triggered because of the following entities being monitored :
Monitor
uk1edms1.genzyme.com
Attribute
EventLog Rule : Event - Application error
Reasons
Events Matched With Rule:[Event - Application error].Ru

Root Cause
Rule Details:-
Log File Type - application
Event Type - Error
Event Id- ANY
Source - ANY
Category - ANY
User - ANY
Check for the String in Description - ANY

The Following Events Matched with the Rule
Source : autoenrollment Event Type : Error Eventid : 13 Description : automatic certificate enrollment for genzymeuvc-edms failed to enroll for one genz user v1 certificate (0x80094812). the email name is unavailable and cannot be added to the subject or subject alternate name. Time of Generation : Feb 28, 2011 10:02 AM

This information has been generated by Haverhill's monitoring tool Application Manager.

As you can see this makes the email quite hard to read sometimes.
